I used the Imagine to make my paper

and Word Collage filled in with Snapshot Everyday 8" x10.5" 

Then I cut my box From Sweet Tooth Boxes ( fit to page) 11.25"

 Then the inset was cut 6.25" to hold the cup cake I still have to bake!
( GF/CF/SF  Chocolate Banana w/ Peanut butter frosting) 

 Here is the Finished box w lid (6.5")   I Decorated it with  Love Struck Cartridge (Hearts 2.5" / 4") then I added ink and Ribbon (I'm making 25 boxes for my kids classes on V day)

My Cricut Craft Room (Erica's Craft Room) Theme " Martha Stewart Cartridge"

Today I worked with MS Seasonal Cake Art Cartridge

I'm making  an 6x6 Mini Album for My daughter ... This is going to be the cover page..She loves to bake with Mom and Dad...

On page 68 I choose The Flower boarder and welded two 1 1/2" images together on the gyspy.  Then I on page 39 I choose the metal and cut at 2" added some stickles and embossed the cupcakes. The Paper is from Best Creation "Sixteen Candles"

Erica's Cricut Craft Room IMAGINE-ation! Mondays!

Happy  Chinese New Year 

On Mondays we use the Imagine, E2, Mini, or Cricut CraftRoom 

Today I used Cricut CraftRoom and  CCR Exclusive Cartridges 

3D Chinese Lanterns

Chinese Character's

I Choose Lantern #6 ( you can download a digital handbook for instructions at cricut.com)

 I cut the lantern base 2x at 9" then glued them together and scored at the Marks and glued together...

 The top was cut at 10 1/2 " wide to fit the top ...

 I then choose Chinese character "Friend" cut 4x at 3 1/2" and a black cord to hang it from ...

 Here it is the finished Lantern I added gold stickles ....

These are for Classroom Decorations today ....

"Year of the Dragon" is cut 5" from Pagoda ;  2012 is cut from Doddletype 1"

Here are all 6 Chinese Character's cut out at 4" and then I put the name of Character  on a card using Cutting Up cartridge at 1" in CCR to weld together  ....

Erica's Cricut Craft Room IMAGINE-ation! Mondays!

Today I made a card for my Dad's Birthday ...

I used Imagine More Cards Cartridge 

 Because I used the Imagine to Cut and Print to save me a lot of time I got to take out my other tools to embellish the card. I printed and cut 2 sheets to work with.

 I used Embossing folders for the background ( then added TH Distress Ink)  and the brown scallop... I used clear embossing power with an embossing pen for the cupcake wrapper. I used glue and chunky glitter and heat gun to make the frosting. For the candle I used 3 embossing powders.

 Here is the finished card and envelope...

The match set... I hope he likes it ... Happy Birthday  Dad !!

When I saw this cartridge I had to have it....

Victorian Romance 

I collect Angels and love the color Pink. So this was a given for a card. I cut the Angel at 4" I cut 'love' 1"
I added stickles to the wings. I made my own background paper for 5 papers.

 For the second card my husband quotes  the forest gump movie line "Life is a box of chocolate" So I made this card for valentines day.... I used CCR (cricut craft room to weld my letters)  The Cartridge I used was Lyrical Letters 'Love' was cut 1.4" and Jumbo 'is a box of ' was cut 1" Loop Dee Loo
The word Chocolate is from sweet shop I used all 3 layers at 4.5" wide

 My 3rd  card I used Lyrical Letter 'note' 4.5" and Victorian Romance for the Heart 3.5"
For all the paper on the cards  I used echo park paper 'Yours Truly'  and some basic solid card stock.
I used Tim Holtz tissue tape for the music strips.

Erica's Craft Room Thursday Theme Day !!!

Today's Theme Flower Shoppe Cartridge 

 The paper on the tag is from echo park 6 x 6 pad "yours truly"
 The solid paper for the flower is from cricut 6 x 6 pad  reds and pinks
 The stamp is from Michael's and the bling .... I used Black into first the stamped Brilliance silver over it then outlined it with a Jelly roll pen

For the Flower  pg 14-15. I cut 3 layers  ( Heart 1, 2 and 4) at 2" It was so easy .... I curled the ends down to add dimension  to the flower. I added  a silver brad for the center. Then I  glued the tiny wrapped hearts around it ( Heart 1) . I did only use 1/2 of the cut.

I got out my scrapes from last years Bo Bunny paper that I fell in love with a bought a ton of it.

My daughter needed items to sell at her school ....

I used Pink by Design stamps "snowflakes"

Cuttlebug embossing folder 

 For the Card I cut the Snowman from Snow Friends and Pink By Design "snowflakes"

 A tag I made with a stamp last year and Martha Stewart punch...

 I used for these last projects CCR download 3D Ornments

Erica's Craft Room 25 days of Christmas Theme Gingerbread

Welcome 

My Husband loved my layout a few weeks ago. (see below)

So he built me a house out of Foam Board and wood.

We painted it and I cut all the decorations on my Gyspy using 

My Community Cartridge and Martha Stewart Seasonal Cake Art

Erica's Craft Room 25 days of Christmas Theme Tree's

Today I used Ribbons and Rosettes .... This was a must have Cartridge !!!

 I made 7 of these for Teacher Gifts this year... So easy to make too...

I cut 5 1 1/2 " rosettes pieces and scored and glued the together. Turn inside out and glue it together..TIP I made a small 1" circle for support on underside and the Tree on top to hold it together.... I then cut the boarder to wrap around there are 4 designs to match each rosette. This only took an Hour to cut and glue all 7 Rosettes and boarders....Then I bought the container at Michaels and added candy , cookies and coffee to each..Paper is from We R Memory Keepers.

My Cricut Craft Room Bella's Birthday Blog Hop

I used white card stock and made the paper using Disney Princess Stamps. The ink is Blending Blox shades of Purple... I then used Tim Holtz Distressed ink Spun Sugar and Faded Jeans with the blending tool. I used thick Purple Glitter paper from Michaels and light purple Bazzill card stock. 
I used Storybook Font for Bella's name cut at 2" and the Frame was cut at 11 " from Dreams come true Cartridge.  

Every Child needs a Birthday treat ... So on my trip to disneyland I got this great sucker for Bella to enjoy in her favorite color.

Thanks Erica for sharing this day with your DT for Bella.... My all her wishes come true....and to all my crafty friends for hopping by ...

100 Cartridge Blog Hop

Welcome to Erica's Craft Room Blog Hop

Today I  made 2 layouts for my family scrapbook. I have 4 kids so I make a year by year family album.

So this is my Title Page for Christmas 2011 pages 

 I used My Community Cartridge to cut the Gingerbread House @ 8 " and all the layers .... I used the gyspy to make all my layer pieces .... I used Mickey's Font at 1" at caps for the title...Sorry I used paper I had in my paper box nothing special. I did use my copic marker R46 for the strips.

My Family loves Disney and we only live 20 minutes away and are pass holders .... Christmas is the most magical time. I used paper I got a few years a go. Mickey and Mini  needed to be dressed for Christmas. I used Mickey and Friends and cut them at 5" and all their layers... I cut a stocking hat from Joys of Christmas at 1.5" for Mickey.
I cut the title from Mickey Font at 1" and the Santa with the reindeer from Christmas cheer at 3 " ..... I will post a picture with the kids in their Disney PJ's the get every Christmas eve just before they go to bed...

I can not Believe its almost December ... For my Family we have the Twins Birthday before we start

Christmas 

So I had to buy Buccaneer for my Son's 12 th Birthday This year is the first time the twins are not 

Sharing anything for their birthday ...... they even want different parties....

 This is on Cricut printable vinyl sheets..... 6 " It will go on his bedroom door !!!

 Next is the bonus of a treasure box at fit to page 10.5 "

 This box did not have any scoring marks so it was a little harder to do. ( a gift card is going inside)

 This is also a bonus feature fit to page 10.5 "

 Every Pirate needs a hat and eye cover !! The hat is great it has lots of sizes it can fit  a small child to adult.

This is his card !! I cut the Bonus map at 6" and the Happy Birthday Matey at 4" I added a silver gel pen  and pop doted the Birthday mat on then I added liguid Pearls on the X....

You will have to Come Back on Dec 5th to see the Cake......
And on Dec 10 for Princess Bella's Blog Hop and I will have part 2 of the twins birthday :)
Then I promise all christmas for December with lots of fun projects ...
